General Delivery Costs
Within Sydney Metropolitan area.
The standard minimum delivery fee is $9.55 inc GST within Sydney Metropolitan area. Delivery is via Fastway Courier service.
Within Sydney Shorthaul area.
We use the Fastway Courier service for areas classified as shorthaul from Sydney. The standard fee is $11.75 inc GST. This approximate area is indicated in the Map.
Outside Sydney Metropolitan/Shorthaul area and Australia-wide.
Depending upon where you live, your package will either be delivered by a courier or by registered mail with Australia Post. Delivery charges are scaled according to weight and dimensions of the package. Your order will indicate the delivery charge prior to completing the order and charging your credit card. For large or heavy items special delivery arrangements may be necessary. These will be made in consultation with you prior to despatch and charging.
Receiving your delivery
As your package must be signed for, we do not deliver to post office boxes and we strongly recommend using a work address or an address where you know someone will be home and available to sign for the package. If you’re not home, in most cases a calling card will be left and it will be your responsibility to make contact with the delivery company to arrange a suitable delivery time.
